10:20-10:40: Form teams: Find people to hack with- coordinated by Eddie, Susan and Deb

10:30-12:30: Break, hackers go off to hack

10:30-10:30: Forage City project intro

10:30am-1:30pm: Forage City teams head out for presentation and field trips!

10:40-11:30: OpenData session- Alameda County, City of Oakland, Urban Strategies Council

11:30-12:00: Info for Activism sessions 1: Navigating city data resources

ALL DAY: Open ideas/mentoring lounge. Stop by to brainstorm, find help, offer help

1:00-1:20: Oakland’s LocalWiki- New app review and chance to participate in building this new resource!

1:20-4:30: LocalWiki team exercise -building out civic history

1:20-2:00: Info for Activism session 2: FOIA, PRA and accessing public data

2:00-4:00: Open sessions for unconference topics- choose what you want to discuss!

4:00-4:30: Hack teams, sign up for your presentation time slot. Keep your presentation short! 3-5 minutes each.

4:30-5:00: Hack team presentations

5:00-5:15: While judges deliberate, wrap-up talk with attendees and closing keynote

5:15-6:00 Winners announced, prizes awarded
